How can I participate in the Walking day in 2019?
At this day, a variety of walking activities will be held in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Sport and the local authorities.
It is recommended to keep in touch with the local authority where the events take place. Take advantage of this day to do fitness in everyday activities – go up and down the stairs instead of using the elevator, walk to work or take your child on foot from school
